Muskogee wildlife control tip of the month:
What to do about a squirrel on the roof
The squirrels would love to stay in your attic and that makes them use the roof as their primary access point to get
into the house. Squirrels in the attic are just one of the most typical human wildlife problems. They prefer to live
in the hollow part of the trees, but since they are so used to living with humans and eating the human wastes, they
would love to also live with them in certain parts of the house where they cannot be disturbed such as in the attic.
In the wild, they build a nest of leaves and twigs in the tree. On the other hand, they are easy to adjust and they have
adjusted to the way humans live in the suburbs. Squirrels are resourceful Muskogee pest control animals and they may have discovered that the
attics of every home can be a perfect place for them to live.
A lot of people do not like the idea that there are squirrels in the attic or on the roof, particularly because their sound
is so annoying and so do the stamping of their feet. On the other hand, they often brought serious Muskogee wildlife removal issues. They are just similar
to rodents; they munch just to wear down their teeth. They often munch on your house or outside of the house respectively. They
like to munch on anything, so your cable wires, electrical wires and pipes are not exempted. They can even make the PVC plumbing
pipes burst because of their chewing habits, thus it will end up in water damage and plumbing issues and they can also make your
home explode due to fire. The exposed electrical wires that they have munched will cause fire later on.
Getting rid of them is not an easy thing, but getting them out of your property is a serious matter. First and foremost, it is essential
to be reminded that they are smart creatures. You can try using some Muskogee exterminator products to repel them easily. Some have tried using moth balls or
naphthalene balls, fox or urine of coyotes, ammonia, bright strobe lights and even high pitched sounds, but they do not work at all. The
squirrel stayed and never cared about all of these things. In this case, you can use the trap and then relocate them. You can also set the
traps on the roof just nearby the entry ways, but be sure that the trap is just against the hole. They are active at day time, particularly
in the morning, but they go in and out of the house a lot of times through the day to get some food and water. If you will place the Muskogee animal control trap in
the hole, you can catch them easily.
